Paula leads the centre with care, experience, and passion for adaptive riding. She ensures that every rider, horse, and team member is supported and that every session is safe, fun, and inclusive.

From managing bookings and enquiries to overseeing finances, they ensure the centre is organised, welcoming, and ready for every session.
